Title: Owner
Nancy Smith is happy to have been appointed the Executive Director of Education serving her first year on the executive directors board for the WWLF. She is excited to work with such a talented team of women. She is planning and organizing creative ways to provide educational opportunities to WWLF's membership and will diligently try to ensure that all of the WWLF members have a chance to attend and benefit from as many educational events as possible.
In addition to serving on the WWLF board and in other regional wireless organizations, Nancy is Owner of Wingspan Wireless Consulting & Development, LLC (WWCD). Based in Chandler, AZ, WWCD is a company that focuses on developing wireless communication facilities for wireless carriers throughout the Southwest.
Nancy's 12 years of progressive experience in project management and development have required resolution based superior interaction and communication ability with customers, contractors, vendors and staff alike. Her decisive leadership style allows Nancy to be able to effectively produce results and forward progress on demanding sites, meeting deadlines while managing a high volume of projects concurrently in all phases of construction from prioritizing both service delivery and delivering results from site acquisition through construction, ensuring goal alignment with time frames and funding parameters.

Title: Director of Business Development
Elizabeth Erbes is happy to be serving her fourth year on the executive directors board of WWLF. First three years as the Board Secretary and now serving as the Executive Director of Events. She is excited to lead a team of regional directors that will plan and ensure that all of the WWLF members have a chance to attend a networking and educational event citywide in addition to the events held at the annual wireless trade shows.
In addition to serving on the WWLF board and in other regional wireless organizations, Elizabeth is Director of Business Development at Central States Tower II (CST). Based in Wheaton, IL, CST is a national tower company that focuses on developing wireless communication facilities for wireless carriers throughout the U.S. She is responsible for marketing the towers for collocations as well as acquiring and negotiating BTS opportunities.
Her twelve year industry experience includes a five year stint at T-Mobile in the Midwest working as a Development Specialist in Regulatory. She also worked in a business development role for Sitesafe an AM detuning/RF EME consulting company and later EBI, an environmental consulting company before joining CST in August of 2008.
Elizabeth holds a BA in Business, Organizational Management from North Park University in Chicago where she resides.

Title: Vice President of Business Development
Mrs. Bode has worked for Kineticom since 2004 serving in a variety of sales and operational roles. She was instrumental in growth for the company in 2010, contributing revenue upwards of $10,505,102. Mrs. Bode currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development supporting day to day sales operations and business development efforts. Mrs. Bode is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a Minor in Communication. Mrs. Bode serves as the Secretary to the Tennessee Wireless Association and the Public Relations liaison to the Louisiana Mississippi Wireless Association.

Title: Director for Municipal Relation
One of the few telecommunications managers in North America who has both tower siting and DAS rights-of-way expertise, Patti's 18 years of progressive experience in management have required constant use of strong decision-making, problem solving, and strategic planning skills. Her decisive leadership style allows Patti to prioritize problem resolution that relies on both service delivery and delivering results from technical teams, ensuring goal alignment with time frames and funding parameters.
She is an acknowledged expert working with municipalities and wireless organizations, such as the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF).
Patti has honed her reputation with diverse companies, each providing her with an ability to identify and help groups overcome various sets of challenges. She's worked nationwide with companies such as Verizon Wireless (then GTE Wireless) and Verizon Select Services, Metawave, and Crown Castle Solutions, as well as on the West coast with Opus Engineering, BMS Communications, and PB Telecom. She currently leads ExteNet Systems' West Region Municipal Relations, serving clients for both outdoor and indoor DAS networks.
