deb bennett, president

Title: Director, Project Management

Debra Bennett is a Director for the Project Management Office of Black & Veatch Corporation. She started in the wireline business in 1993, and transitioned into wireless in 1996. Deb was fortunate to have worked for only two employers in her wireless career: Sprint and Black & Veatch.

She has excelled at both companies, and has further enhanced her career through her involvement in industry organizations such as the WWLF for which she served as the Executive Director of Education for the last two years and now serves as the 2012-13 WWLF President.

nicole andrepont, vice president

Company: Development Solutions Partners, Inc.
Title: Owner

Nicole is serving as WWLF's Vice President for the 2012-2014 term. She previously served 2 years as Executive Director of Industry Relations with WWLF. In addition to her duties performed for Industry Relations, Nicole founded and leads the WWLF Fellowship Award Program and composes personal development articles for WWLF’s monthly newsletter.

Nicole has had a successful, expanding career in the wireless industry since 1999.  She is currently co-owner of Development Solutions Partners, Inc.  (DSPI), a minority-woman owned business.  Nicole incorporated DSPI with her partner in 2009. As an owner and manager of the business, she handles numerous responsibilities for DSPI, which offers full development services to the wireless industry.  Prior to starting her own business, Nicole was Vice President of Operations at LFC.  She was with the company for over 10 years and held other positions during her term.

Nicole enhances her career by staying actively involved in the wireless industry.  Beyond being on the Board of WWLF, Nicole is a member of Texas State Wireless Association, and Louisiana Mississippi Wireless Association.

michelle salisbury, secretary

Company: Crown Castle
Title: Senior Paralegal - NSD/DAS

Michelle Salisbury is proud to be serving as the WWLF Secretary. Previous to her position, Michelle served as the WWLF Treasurer for three years. In her position as Treasurer, she ensured that the organization's finances were in order, allowing the WWLF to provide its members with exciting networking events and informative educational opportunities.

In addition to her role in the WWLF, Michelle has been employed for almost six years at Crown Castle, a company which owns, manages, operates, and leases cell towers and other structures for the wireless communications industry. She is a Sr. Paralegal in the Legal Department providing legal support to the National Site Development and DAS groups.

Prior to joining Crown Castle, Michelle was a Leasing Representative at General Nutrition Corporation, a leading nutrition company based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Michelle holds a BS in Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University of Pennsylvania and completed here PACE certification through the National Federal of Paralegal Associations, Inc. She is fluent in Spanish and has lived in the Domincan Republic and Mexico. Currently she calls Pittsburgh, PA her home.

Title: Corporate Marketing Manager

Katherine Estacio is excited to be serving as the WWLF Webmaster for her fourth year. She brings more than 6 years experience in strategic marketing and PR as well as 8+ years experience in web design and development, defining the strategy and execution of the WWLF's online presence via its website and social media efforts.

In addition to her role in the WWLF, she is currently Marketing Manager at MTN Satellite Communications (MTN), an international technology company providing global connectivity and content services to remote locations. She is responsible for all corporate communications and PR, including delivering strategic marketing programs to communicate the value MTN brings to its industry, while positioning the company as a satellite innovator and visionary with its 'high-end' offerings.

Previously, Katherine was the Marketing Communications Manager at SeaMobile Enterprises, a telecommunications company based in Seattle, WA providing mobile phone connectivity to passengers on cruise ships. Katherine was responsible for marketing communication and conceptual design and development of promotion programs, advertising, email campaigns, video production and marketing collateral.

Katherine holds a BA in visual arts and art history from the University of Washington. She currently resides in Seattle, WA.
