Title: Managing Director
Amy Mahoney became a Regional Director for WWLF in February 2011 and is excited to be involved with a network of women committed to supporting the leadership of women in the communication industry.
Amy has 12 years wireless experience and currently serves as a Managing Director for Network Building & Consulting LLC (NB&C). NB&C is an industry leader in wireless site development on the Eastern Seaboard. Since joining the company in 2000, Amy has gained extensive experience in site development and project management and is now responsible for business development and client relationships in the Philadelphia area.
Amy received her MS from St. Joseph's University and BA from the University of Pittsburgh. Amy is student of Kadampa Buddhism and in her free time enjoys knitting, gardening and spending time at her vacation home in mid-coast Maine.

Company: SureSite Consulting Group
Title: Executive Vice President
Courtney Schmidt is a Regional Director for the WWLF. Her region includes Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia.
Courtney joined SureSite in 1999 and initially performed site acquisition, land use planning, zoning and permitting services as SureSite expanded in the East, Midwest and West markets. She then took on additional responsibilities to direct and manage the East, Central and Western markets for SureSite. This role encompassed developing methods, processes and management tools for high quality delivery of services and reporting methods to the customer.
After 10 years of service, Courtney took on the role of Executive Vice President responsible for the operations of SureSite's site development business throughout the country, with a focus on smart growth and customer activities. In addition, she is involved in the development of business in new markets and industries.
Courtney graduated from Wittenberg University with a BA in Economics. She went on to earn a JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is a member of the Ohio Bar, and also holds a real estate license in the state of Ohio.

Rosemarie Shortino is excited to be serving as the WWLF Region 5 Director for the first year, organizing WWLF events in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
In addition to her role in WWLF, she is currently the Collocation Leasing Executive for Mobilitie, an expanding Tower Company with towers nationwide. I am responsible for all collocations on Mobilitie Towers in the Central Midwest States covering Texas up to Minnesota, and Nebraska over to Illinois.
Previously, Rosemarie was the Account Manager for T-Mobile Towers, marketing their towers in the Central Southern States.

Title: Director of Real Estate & Development
Katie Kenney is excited to serve on the WWLF board as Region Director for the Pacific Northwest.
In addition to her work with the WWLF, she is currently the Director of Real Estate for PTS. She has spent over 10 years in the wireless industry and specializes in project management, site modifications projects, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management.
She currently contributes to PTS's core leadership team by providing expertise in project management, contract negotiations, and site development as well as budget development and management. Katie has conducted transactions with and for Comcast, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint-Nextel, US Cellular, American Tower, Crown Castle and Clearwire.
Katie serves as the Vice President for the Northwest Wireless Association, NWWA, through which she has orchestrated multiple charity events including the annual golf tournament benefiting Seattle Children's Hospital. In her free time she loves to host dinner parties and spend time with her husband and their four daughters.

Title: Area Director Property - West
Lisa Johnson enjoys her role as the WWLF newsletter editor since June of 2010 and is excited to be the Region 7 Director for the 2011/2012 term.
In addition to her roles with WWLF, she is also the President of the Arizona Wireless Association and is employed by Crown Castle as the Area Director Property - West. Crown Castle is one of the country's largest independent owners and operators of shared wireless infrastructure and has local resources to provide comprehensive site deployment services. As the Director of Property and an Area Leader, Lisa's most important roles are to maintain employee satisfaction and to create a customer service culture that insures internal and external customers receive efficient and effective resolution to property issues. She is also responsible for landlord relationship management, zoning compliance, and portfolio optimization and preservation.
Lisa's background is primarily in acquisitions, finance, and accounting. Lisa began her career in the wireless infrastructure industry in 2003 working in tower acquisitions. Prior to 2003 Lisa worked as a certified public accountant, an accounting operations controller, and an accounting manager.
Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, from the University of Arizona and currently resides in Chandler, AZ.
