I have worked with Kineticom for two years. After starting as a Recruiter, I was promoted into an Account Director role responsible for starting our Atlanta office supporting the Southeast Region.

My greatest challenge has been continually learning the ever-changing technologies in the industry.

What valuable piece of wisdom have you learned from the wireless industry that you can share with our members that might help them in their career or personal lives?

I've learned how powerful networking can be and to be flexible. Networking within the industry at State and WWLF events has helped introduce new clients, industry trends, and expanded my industry knowledge. Additionally, projects, technologies, and people are always changing within wireless. Being able to adapt to these changes has helped me throughout my tenure.

What do you hope to gain by being a new member of WWLF?

With membership, I want to meet other Women in Wireless who can share their successes within the industry. Eventually, I hope to mentor and share my own experiences.

What are your other hobbies and interests outside of work?

Outside of industry events, I enjoy many types of outdoor activities and traveling. I have a personal goal to visit all seven continents - including Antarctica.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

My goal over the next five years is to move into a Director of Business Development role where I am managing a sales team within the wireless industry.
