An interview by Nicole Andrepont, WWLF Executive Director of Industry Relations

What is your role?

My current title is Project Coordinator and I work in Site Acquisition as well.

Where do you reside?

I currently reside in Woodstock, Georgia.

How did you get into the wireless industry?

I entered the wireless industry three and a half years ago.

What is your education background?

I currently attend Kennesaw State University and will be graduating with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management.

What are your other hobbies and interests outside of work?

In my free time I enjoy traveling and painting. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boxers, cooking and gardening.

How long have you been with COMPASS Technology Services, and what has your career path been?

I have been with COMPASS Technology Services for three and a half years, originally working in a zoning support role. I soon began working as a Coordinator, supporting different carrier projects. I now work in site acquisition as well as maintaining my overarching position as a Project Coordinator. Previously, I worked in international sales for an industrial distributor. There are times I miss my international clients and travel, but overall I love the pace and progress of the wireless industry.

What valuable piece of advice can you give to our members that might help them in their career or personal lives?

Be willing to teach as well as learn. Facilitate team work. I enjoy learning about other’s processes, experience and responsibilities. Understanding the bigger picture can lead to the implementation of simple steps that make each parties’ jobs easier and more streamlined. Commit to communication, team work and building up others as well as yourself.

What do you hope to gain by being a new member of WWLF?

I hope to make new connections with women in the wireless industry and generally become more active in the community.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In the next five years I plan on continuing a career path in the wireless industry while increasing my volunteer work and philanthropic efforts.
