Work and life aren't two separate mountains to climb—they're the same ascent.

Every day, we encounter "narrow spaces": the moments between meetings, deadlines, family responsibilities, difficult conversations, and unexpected challenges. It's in these moments that we decide whether to keep climbing—and which handholds will help us move forward.

Join leadership coach and organizational consultant Holly McIlwain for an engaging, interactive webinar exploring how to navigate the invisible demands of work and life with greater intention. Through practical exercises and Holly's ASCEND Decision Framework™, you'll discover how your values, boundaries, support systems, and daily decisions become the handholds that sustain you on the climb.

You'll leave with practical tools to help you navigate your next narrow space with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose—because sustainable success isn't built in life's biggest moments, but in the decisions we make between them.
