A World Mental Health Day Experience:

Feeling stretched thin?  This World Mental Health Day, give yourself permission to pause and reimagine.  Walk through a guided visualization exercise where you'll picture different versions of your life unfolding — not to plan a big change, but to notice what draws you in and what energizes you.  Through gentle reflection and optional group sharing, this 60-minute session helps you break through burnout by reconnecting with the values and desires that light you up, so you walk away feeling refreshed, clear, and reminded of your own possibility.

Join WWLF President Victoria Weidenthaler and WWLF Education Committee member Sara Lang as they guide you through this meaningful exercise.
