Wireless infrastructure facilities have supported evolving communication technologies for decades. But constructing these large-scale applications—and deploying them nationwide at speed—requires careful coordination, expertise, and innovation.

Join us on April 30 for a panel discussion with seasoned wireless construction professionals as they examine the challenges, processes, and best practices involved in building and maintaining the infrastructure behind today’s cellular networks and wireless broadband systems.

Nicholas J. Krist is a results-driven telecommunications executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the wireless infrastructure industry. His career spans hands-on field operations through senior executive leadership, culminating in his current role as Associate Vice President of Business Operations at Motive Infrastructure Solutions. Nicholas has led large-scale 2G–5G network deployments nationwide for major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, as well as top tower companies such as American Tower, SBA, and Crown Castle. He brings deep expertise in managing multi-state operations, overseeing $25M+ annual P&Ls, and delivering complex macro, small cell, DAS, microwave, dark fiber, and RF integration projects with consistent profitability, safety excellence, and client satisfaction.
